Terms & Conditions
1. All merchandise is sold in "As Is" condition. There are no warranties, no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. Variations are inherent in all natural, clay, and grout products. Natural color, veining, pitting and cracks can vary from one piece to another and from one area to another. Some porcelain may come multi-colored per box. Acceptability of product must be resolved prior to purchase.
3. All returned checks are subjects to a $25 fee.
4. Buyer agrees to pay any collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.
5. Payment due upon material delivery to job site.
6. There may be changes from plan specs please review items thoroughly.
7. Jarak Stone and Tile contract requires 50% progress payment of labor at 50% of install and final payment due upon job completion minus 10% retention.
